Birdseye looked for ways to improve food processing, using inuit techniques... and was successful. Lots of other interesting anecdotes along the way of this quick read.

Easy to read, informational biography not only just of the man but all the science and industry of the time. Finance, business and science.

The latest non-fiction from Mark Kurlansky, one of my favorite authors. This a the biography of Clarence "Bob" Birdseye. Yes, of Birdseye Frozen Peas fame. A great story for an amazing man.
