From Library Staff

Henry would like to find a friend at school, but for a boy on the autism spectrum, making friends can be difficult, as his efforts are sometimes misinterpreted, or things just go wrong--but Henry keeps trying, and in the end he finds a friend he can play with. Also available in ebook.

Henry doesn't need a friend who does exactly what he does, but it's nice to have someone to play alongside.

Henry want to make friends but he finds it hard when some kids are too loud, others use the triangle shape he dreads, and no one else needs the carpet squares perfectly lined up like he does.

Grade PreK-1. Henry wants to make friends, but it must be with someone who is quiet and appreciates his sense of order. Told from the perspective of a boy on the Autism spectrum, without using labels.
