A funny storytime book with a clever rhyme scheme that is fun to read out loud. Slug is sad about never getting hugs, so he visits various animal friends who give him advice on how to look more huggable. It will remind you of The Pig's Picnic by Keiko Kasza or You Look Ridiculous by Edward Waber. Share it at storytimes on individuality, families, or love.
